Software sales and support
On-site Computer Service
- General labor for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of PC’s and peripherals.
- Installation and configuration of hardware and software upgrades or components.
- Unpacking and setup of new PC’s and peripherals, etc.
- First hour - $135; Additional hours - $55 each - Parts not included
- Warranty: 30 days labor; Parts as per manufacturer specifics.
- Base fees include charges for up to 10 road miles of travel - round trip.
- Additional travel will be billed at $0.75 per mile
- If office service is required,system breakdown and transport will be included in first-hour fee.
- Subsequent delivery and setup, if requested, will be billed at the regular hourly rate.
