We specialize in onsite sales and support to small and medium sized businesses and organizations: Hardware, software and troubleshooting support for new and existing local computer networks, including Novell Netware as well as Microsoft Windows servers. A full range of internet connectivity, web hosting and e-mail services as well as website content creation and multimedia/streaming video creation and hosting. Custom built workstations as well as a full range of computer accessories.

Software sales and support

On-site Computer Service

  • General labor for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of PC’s and peripherals.
  • Installation and configuration of hardware and software upgrades or components.
  • Unpacking and setup of new PC’s and peripherals, etc.
  • First hour - $135; Additional hours - $55 each - Parts not included
  • Warranty: 30 days labor; Parts as per manufacturer specifics.
  1. Base fees include charges for up to 10 road miles of travel - round trip.
  2. Additional travel will be billed at $0.75 per mile
  3. If office service is required,system breakdown and transport will be included in first-hour fee.
  4. Subsequent delivery and setup, if requested, will be billed at the regular hourly rate.
